If it is discovered that an article violates any of the universal publication ethics and conducts plagiarism, violation of copyright laws or double submission, the evaluation process is stopped and the article is returned to the author. The articles submitted to the journal by the authors have to be screened by a similarity detection software prior to submission. The editorial board have the right to screen at anytime the submitted articles by a similarity detection software.
